Superior Project Planning - The President of Solica Construction, Samir Kulkarni, has his M.S. in Quantitative Analysis from University of Cincinnati and B.S in Applied Mathmatics from Purdue University. This unique combination of experience and education allows him to create highly efficient models in both cost and timing for our commercial construction clients ensuring a successful on-budget and on-time project.
